6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Based in Grenoble (FR) and Milan (IT), iNGage is a start-up company which is bringing to market disruptive high-performance MEMS inertial sensors (accelerometers, gyros, IMUs) for GPS-denied navigation in autonomous mobilities.We are seeking a highly skilled Inertial Sensor Product Development Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the whole product development and optimization of high-performance inertial MEMS sensors (gyros, IMUs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative MEMS sensors to mass production.ResponsibilitiesLead products developments, from R&D to production, using stage-gate methodsWork with engineering teams and marketing to ensure product development aligns with market needs, timelines, budgets and target product costs.Manage specifications, FMEAs, robustness disciplines and Design Verification PlansDesign sensor packaging in interaction with suppliers and assembly partnerPrepare drawings for design reviews, quotation requests, and documentationCollaborate with MEMS and ASIC designers and test team to optimize performance.Define and execute test plans to characterize and validate sensor performance under various environmental conditions / industry standards (AEC-Q100, MIL-STD…).Support reliability testing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.Create product documentation, incl. specifications, datasheets, app notesCommunicate results, lead technical presentations, and support customers+5yrs experience with product development phases and agile development processes.Understanding of inertial sensor design, characterization, testing, and calibration.Knowledge of packaging and assembly techniques for MEMS/IC devices.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersWhy Join UsBe part of an ambitious international startup with cutting-edge technologyWork on major tech challenges with high industrial impactFlexible work environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesSemiconductor Manufacturing and Computers and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
