Global Talent Recruitment and Configuration Job Summary The After-sales warranty Manager is responsible for leading the warranty issues within Geely’s global after-sales network. They will develop after-sales warranty policies to ensure that claims policies comply with market laws and regulations; develop annual claims business plans and team annual goals to ensure achievement of objectives; develop an annual budget for claims expenses and control claims costs; and improve the level of dealer claims business through training and other means. Key Responsibilities Complete the formulation and implementation of dealer warranty policies as required, and establish a warranty database for listed vehicle models. Responsible for providing business guidance and training to dealer claims specialists, ensuring that they independently carry out claims work. Complete the review of new car inspection forms, first policy, claim application reports, claim forms and other claim vouchers for dealers on time, ensuring the timeliness, effectiveness and accuracy of claim document review. According to the anti-claim process, accept and verify the supplier's claim objection appeal. Responsible for dealer claim settlement, supervising and guiding dealers to confirm settlement documents and amounts in the claim system, returning claim settlement invoices, and submitting the refund process. According to the audit policy requirements, coordinate and plan the audit work of dealer warranty business, and promote the improvement of dealer audit and inspection audit issues. Complete the review of new car inspection forms, first policy, claim application reports, claim forms and other claim vouchers for dealers on time, ensuring the timeliness, effectiveness and accuracy of claim document review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in automotive after-sales, warranty audit. Strong expertise in vehicle systems diagnosis, fault analysis, and service operations. Experience with EV/HEV technologies and high-voltage system safety is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Preferred Skills OEM after-sales management experience (global or regional). Strong analytical abilities and experience using data to improve service performance. Customer-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
