L’agence d’architecture Antefixe, spécialisée en maitrise d’œuvre d’exécution en Retail boutique de luxe française et internationale, recherche pour renforcer ses équipes : EXPERIENCE (TYPE ET DUREE) 5Ans Minimum de Retail Intégré dans une agence d’Architecture, vous serez en charge de la mise en place et du suivi de chantier de magasins, de l’évolution des différents concepts et de l’adaptation de Design Totalement autonome pour le suivi d'un projet et de son chantier, jusqu'à la reception de travaux. Chaque projet pourra impliquer des déplacements en France et en Europe. Connaissance Français et Anglais minimum, Italien bien vue. Possibilité de transfert à l'agence de Dubai ou New York après quelques années d'expérience. PROJET DE MAGASINS (OUVERTURES ET RENOVATIONS) Coordination avec consultants externes (architectes concept, bureaux de control, administration, agenceurs,) et acteurs internes (store planning, Visual merchandising, marketing, équipes Retail…) Coordination de dossier APS, APD, DCE,la phase d’exécution et visas de plans. Suivi de la construction, coordination et contrôle sur le chantier de la qualité des ouvrages exécutés OPR Suivis du budget et de la facturation Suivis du planning CONCEPT ARCHITECTURAL Adaptation et recherche de solution technique pour adapter le concept au contraintes techniques, réglementaires Suivant la demande, développement de nouveaux concepts et mobiliers (brief, études, suivi de prototypes) APTITUDES ET QUALITES PROFESSIONNELLES Créativité, curiosité, goût pour l'innovation, sens de la composition et du détail. Rigueur, Organisation, Anticipation, Optimisation de la gestion du temps, Esprit de synthèse et d’équipe.
