Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability. Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs. Improve incident management processes and lead post-mortems. Build and maintain internal tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line) for other engineers. Mentor other engineers and contribute to hiring and shaping the candidate experience. Contribute to broader hiring efforts and the technical assessment process. Qualifications & Fit Strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS). Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools. Experience writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line). Some experience as a Full-Stack or Backend software engineer. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (not strictly required to know both). Understand modern deployment practices and CI/CD. Ability to debug complex system issues; self-starter and entrepreneurial. Humble and open to growth; collaborative and team-oriented. Fluent in English (French not required). For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range.
