Your team can’t wait to welcome youWhat’s in it for you?Career growth opportunities and internal mobilityModern offices in 11 European locationsFun team events & continuous learningCompetitive salary with bonus systemHybrid working policyWhat you’ll be doingApplication Portfolio Management & GovernanceMaintain a comprehensive and up‑to‑date application inventory (metadata, dependencies, integrations)Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including approval workflows, RACI models, and lifecycle processesTrack and control licensing budgets and usage through KPIs, dashboards, and recurring governance routinesPrepare and animate Application Governance Committees involving all Business UnitsApplication Sourcing, Implementation & MaintenanceAssist Business Units in identifying and evaluating solutions aligned with their needs and Efficy’s strategy (gap analysis, POCs, ROI, etc.)Collaborate with procurement, legal, and security teams during vendor selection and contractingManage implementation and migration projects, defining the governance model for day‑to‑day operationsAdminister and enable the organization on applications within your scope, directly or through partners — including Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Odoo (Finance & Projects), and CX tools (Intercom, Pendo)Maintain global documentation and coordinate advanced support on complex applications with partnersLandscape Rationalization & OptimizationConduct overlap analyses to identify redundancies and consolidation opportunities across the application portfolioLead rationalization studies with various business unitsDevelop migration and decommissioning (“sunset”) strategies for legacy applicationsEnsure technical coherence and alignment with enterprise architecture standardsWho you are5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or similar rolesStrong understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor managementExperience managing implementation or migration projectsFamiliarity with business applications such as Atlassian tools, ERP/Finance systems, or CX platformsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of balancing governance needs with business prioritiesFluent in English (French is a plus)Ready to make an impact?✨ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
