This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, building and managing a high-performing consulting team, and delivering impactful projects for key clients.This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape Talan's presence in the Travel, Transport & Logistics sector. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, client relationship management, and project delivery, with a focus on expanding our global footprint and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along 3 dimensions as per below:Sector Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement strategies to expand Talan's global consulting activities in the Travel, Transport & Logistics sector.Identify and pursue market opportunities to generate new opportunities.Collaborate with local and international teams to align strategies and initiatives.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide.Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments.Project Delivery and P&L OwnershipOversee the content, planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects.Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality across your Global sector.Support the recruitment of our teams.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of emerging market trends.
