Job Details Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today. We are looking for you as Brand Manager Assistant Intern (m / f / x) for a 6 month internship from january / begining of feburary 2026, in our office in Paris. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will support the day-to-day execution of brand-related projects, including collaborations, communication tools, photo shoots, and analyses. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in art, music, and fashion. Your Responsibilities Collaboration Project Management Assist in monitoring the various stages of collaborations with partner brands or external stakeholders. Contribute to the preparation of files, documents, and materials required for each project (collection production, distribution, communication). Ensure smooth information flow between teams and check the accuracy and compliance of deliverables. Monitor deadlines and update tracking tools accordingly. Brand Image Support Participate in the creation of campaign materials, including presentations, collection decks, and communication calendars. Support the organization of photo shoots : preparing lists, schedules, contacts, and coordinating assets in collaboration with the production team. Manage collection inventories, sample tracking, and in / out logistics. Conduct regular trend and inspiration research across creative fields (art, music, fashion, cultural references). Operational Tasks and Analysis Update schedules, folders, files, and internal databases within the department. Prepare presentations for campaigns and collaboration projects. Support commercial analysis (product performance, store results, sales figures). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, retail, production, communication) to ensure smooth project execution. Your Profile Student in marketing, communication, business school, or a related field. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with Excel and creating presentations in Keynote. Strong interest in creative industries (art, music, fashion). Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written communication skills. A first hands-on experience (internship or academic project) related to retail sales, wholesale, or marketing is a plus. Solid command in English Your Location Paris / France #J-18808-Ljbffr
