Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representative associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Responsibilities Opening & Closing routine Product knowledge & brand awareness Business understanding Proactive thinking Attention to detail Register/Point of Sale use Asset protection Visual displays System skills Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak periods, hours may increase.
