Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Director, you will provide operational support across two main areas:
1. Quality – Quality Management System (QMS)
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of the Group’s ISO 9001 certifications (procedure management, internal audits, corrective actions, KPI reviews with process owners).
- Contribute to the deployment of a harmonised Group QMS across entities, with a priority focus on the France scope.
- Participate in the drafting, updating and dissemination of quality documentation (procedures, instructions, forms) and deliver training when required.
2. KPI Monitoring, Quality Event Management Support & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse Group quality indicators (KPIs).
- Triage and support the management of quality events: requests, complaints, non-conformities / deviations, CAPAs, change controls, violations, quality questionnaires.
- Support the analysis and preparation of regular quality data reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group’s quality processes.
Additional Quality support missions may be assigned depending on the needs of the department.
YOUR PROFILE
Education:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Quality Assurance.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated industry. Experience in a multinational work environment.
Key skills and qualities:
- Strong knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and related quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with GxP environments (GMP, GLP, GCP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
- Rigorous, well‑organised and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Strong writing skills in both French and English.
- Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity.
