DRILL TRAINER – Bouygues ConstructionReports To: Production Manager / Mining ManagerDepartment: MiningLocation: Africa (DRC)Job Type: Full-timeJob PurposeReporting to the Production Manager, the Drilling Trainer will deliver training across the organization by designing, developing, and delivering courses and programs in accordance with DTP training policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and demonstrate competency on drill machines, specifically Sandvick Top 연구 hammer drill machines.Provide operators with knowledge, tools and techniques required for safe and efficient operation.Design and develop training courses and programs.Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental regulations.Implement സംഘടനെവ program for junior and senior local staff, providing direct training and coaching to transfer best methodologies and skills.Actively participate in eliminating repetitive failures.Support other trainers.Lead, mentor and manage team members.Use Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively.Measurement & Performance IndicatorsSafety statistics – QHSE.Drill rig productivity.Drill rig utilisation.Drill rig fuel consumption.Drill tool life.Equipment damage.QualificationsHigh School Diploma.Relevant mining or quarry managers certification.At least 5 years of experience training on Sandvick Pantera DP1600i top hammer drill rigs and Epiroc D60/D65 rigs.10 years of experience operating the machines (desirable).Multiskilled on drill machines – Sandvick & Epiroc.Skills & KnowledgeStrong leadership and people‑management skills.Excellent communication and coaching ability.Safety‑first mindset with HSE compliance.Adaptability and ability to work independently or in a small team.Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working conditionsRoster: մեկ weeks on, three weeks off.Hours as required to perform duties to a high level of proficiency.Remote sites –  24/7 operation.Additional InformationThe position may require relocation to other sites at short notice.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEducation and TrainingConstruction – Mining & Infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr
