Yet depending on the geographies, its consumers, usages and product portfolio vary significantlyMISSIONWithin the KIRI Global Brand Team, you will contribute to define KIRI’s 5-year business plan, building the innovation/renovation strategy & fueling the pipeline with a specific focus on Europe and Middle-East.You will lead innovation/renovation projects from pre-exploration to post-launch, in strong partnership with countries, R&D and factories and as an advocate for consumers.You will contribute to reaching 6.5% Bel innovation rate.You will report to the Global Head of Kiri innovation and manage a junior brand manager.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand consumer and customers needs and category in key marketsUnderstand business challenges & opportunities of the Key countries you will work withBenchmark products against key competitors and inspiring brandsRecommend new business opportunities based on strong insightsPortfolio & brand strategyContribute to the brand strategic plan in collaboration with the major local marketsInspire and co-build w/ countries the portfolio strategy on the ranges you overseeDefine the innovation pipeline for the brand in collaboration with our local marketsCollaborate with industrial teams to ensure feasibilityLead cross-functional ino-reno projects to ensure on time and in full delivery, as planned in the Brand business plan, by a customer-first mindset and by building a strong partnership with SI, R&D and plant teamsGet key countries full commitment to ensure project executionValidate stage gates, resource allocations and project shifts in Brand Development committees.Challenge and approve innovation & renovation countries’ requests, ensuring the strategic relevance of the requests, always encouraging possible synergies and guaranteeing the P&L outcomesManage innovation budget (consulting, design agencies, research agencies) for your scopeTeam managementManage 1 junior brand manager and one shared internAssign projects and missions to upskill the teamProvide regular feedback on performance and identify room for improvementBuild robust Individual Development Plan with trainings along the yearFoster a culture of innovationThis position is based in Suresnes, to the west of Paris, with access via tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.YOUR ASSETS: Could this be you?You have a degree from a business or marketing school (Master’s level) and at least 7 years of experience in marketing or brand management for consumer products, within a Global department.You have several years of experience in managing innovation projects.You are fluent in both English and French.Strong leadership skills: Drive and accelerate transformation, Dare to innovate, Unconditional collaboration, Demonstrate agility and resiliencePositive and solution-orientedAbility to manage complexity (number of projects and/or countries)Solidarity & team spiritBusiness & marketing skillsKnowledge of product value drivers (nutrition, CSR, …)Strong data processing skills especially in the context of strategic, category, retailer, competitive and consumer insights (Nielsen/IRI preferred) as well as P&L forecast and managementConsumer and brand centricityOUR ADVANTAGESFixed salary over 13 monthsPerformance bonusProfit-sharing/Employee savings plan (PEE)Company restaurantCompensatory leave (RTT)Health and life insuranceAccess to the many benefits of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
