Responsibilities Engineer our employee affiliation engine to reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily. Simplify payroll and billing, crafting tools that HR teams love. Build seamless integrations with platforms such as Payfit and Workday. Automate workflows at scale, adapting solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries. Ensure billing is accurate, reliable, and easy to manage. Collaborate across product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience. What you’ll do: ship solutions that handle high complexity and scale across multiple countries, collaborating closely with product and design teams. Who we’re looking for Software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full‑stack experience. Comfortable digging into complex business logic around insurance and payroll. Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions. Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real‑world complexity. B2B experience is a plus. Well‑versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript). Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
