Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Santé au travail – Alan Alan is reimagining occupational health in France. Employees currently see mandatory health visits as pointless bureaucracy, HR admins struggle with services that add mental load, and occupational health practitioners lack the tools and time to focus on real prevention. Critical issues such as work‑related mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, and burnout grow every day. Our Vision We build Santé au travail, a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first. Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner that people actually turn to when they have work‑related health concerns—not just a legal obligation they endure once every few years. Responsibilities Work on high‑impact projects in fast‑paced environments. Design and build the platform from 0 to 1, crafting the foundations of a breakthrough product. Craft the perfect experience, powered by AI, simplifying the journey that significantly impacts members’ health. Ensure the integrity of sensitive medical data through efficient, secure systems. Shape product and technical direction, collaborating with product teams, doctors, and operations. Qualifications Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Experience with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies. Clear career progression with increasing responsibility over time. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and open to grow (no matter seniority). Fluent in English (French not required).
