We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products and power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer and industrial markets.For Health & Biosciences Operations, the Global Supply Business Integration Leader (BIT) serves as the primary point of contact for all operations-related topics within the BU.ResponsibilitiesSupervisory Board Role: act as a strategic advisor, guiding and aligning operations with the Business Unit and related functions.Strategic Alignment: drive collaboration on long-term capacity planning, manufacturing and technology development, asset and technology investments, footprint optimization, new product pipeline, and continuous improvements in cost, capacity, and quality.Risk Management Leadership: lead risk management within the stage-gate process (Commercialization and Change Management), ensure compliance, represent supply/operations in reviews, and communicate BU capital needs while leveraging across units.Business Goal Delivery: align and prioritize support for new product launches, cost optimization, supply reliability, inventory and quality improvements; leverage existing assets; execute continuous improvement initiatives; strengthen production robustness.Cross-Functional Communication: translate BU vision and priorities to supply teams and convey supply perspectives back to the BU.Customer Engagement: directly interact with key customers when appropriate.Portfolio Development: partner with product management to sponsor new product and improvement projects, rationalize portfolios, enable cost, capacity, and quality gains, manage complexity, and explore solutions including contract manufacturing and global/regional production strategies.Program Implementation: ensure early supply involvement in programs, actively sponsor key initiatives, and form ad hoc teams to resolve production and supply challenges.Capability Building: enhance operational and functional capabilities through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching.QualificationsBSc in Life Sciences or Engineering; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.Strong understanding of Health & Biosciences products, technologies, processes, and operations.Minimum 10 years in industrial process engineering/manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to build effective networks and influence across functions and geographies.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.What would make you stand outStrategic & Business Acumen: ability to think conceptually and strategically, build win-win partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business opportunities.Market & Technical Expertise: strong operational mindset with knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and end-to-end processes; ability to leverage market insights and competitive intelligence.Leadership & Collaboration: ability to influence decisions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels; hands-on, results-oriented approach.Why Join UsHigh-impact role shaping operations strategy, driving innovation, and influencing global decisions.Dynamic, cross-functional teams fostering alignment and strategic growth across markets.Focus on employee well-being and engagement.Competitive compensation and benefits designed to support well-being.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering a broad range of natural solutions and accelerating growth.
