In this role, you'll be on the front lines, directly driving our market share in the France. You will be responsible for quickly identifying, testing, and scaling new growth opportunities with a hands‑on, performance‑driven approach. Performance & Growth Initiatives Design and execute hands‑on, data‑driven tests to find scalable growth channels (e.g., podcasts, digital downloads, influencer campaigns) in the France market. Manage and optimize a dedicated marketing budget for rapid experimentation, ensuring a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and lifetime value (LTV) to customer acquisition cost (CAC) ratio. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform and prioritize new growth initiatives. Strategic Collaboration Partner with our global Performance, SEO, and Brand teams to align local market insights with our overarching marketing strategy. Provide clear, actionable feedback on brand messaging and product features to ensure they resonate with the France audience. Inform the hiring roadmap based on the success of your initiatives and the needs of our growing France presence. Voice of the France Market Act as the primary Voice of Country and Voice of Customer, providing critical, on‑the‑ground intelligence to the wider team. Drive customer research to uncover hidden cohorts and untapped opportunities. Your Skills And Experience Proven hands‑on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing with a strong understanding of funnels and a track record of driving measurable growth. A deep understanding of the France digital landscape, including key channels, market trends, and consumer behavior. Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on core metrics like ROAS and LTV/CAC.
