We’re on a mission to become the most sought‑after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem‑solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible‑you’ll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business. About the role The Managing Director, Sales – France & Beluch is responsible for driving all new‑business sales across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid‑Market segments, while also influencing the regional account management portfolio through a dotted‑line relationship. This is a high‑impact leadership role in Kyriba’s largest and most established European sub‑region. You will inherit a strong, experienced team, a highly recognized market brand, and a meaningful opportunity to grow both new logo and portfolio performance across France and Beluch. You will report to the SVP of EMEA and collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and other global and regional stakeholders. About the team Direct Sales Team You will lead the full new‑business sales organisation for France & Beluch. This team spans Mid‑Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments and includes a blend of seasoned high performers and high‑potential talent. The structure reflects a mature and established business with opportunities to elevate capability, cohesion, and overall impact. In addition to your direct team you will work closely with the Account Management organisation, which covers Mid‑Market, Enterprise, and Strategic clients. You will play a key role in shaping portfolio outcomes and strengthening the connection between the customer facing teams in the region. Market Context France is Kyriba’s most mature and commercially significant region in EMEA, with a long‑standing customer base and strong local brand recognition. Belgium is a smaller but strategic adjacent market with meaningful potential for new growth. The market remains competitive, requiring agility, creativity, and a differentiated value approach. This is a unique opportunity to lead a well‑performing team in a key global market while driving the next phase of commercial transformation. What you’ll do Sales Leadership & Strategy Build and execute a compelling sales strategy for France & Beluch, aligned to Kyriba’s global and regional priorities. Lead new business performance across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid‑Market segments. Drive disciplined territory planning, pipeline creation, forecasting, and sales execution. Team Development & Culture Lead, coach, and energize a diverse sales organisation, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strengthen collaboration across the French office and play an influential role in shaping the local culture. Encourage creativity and adaptability—this role requires thoughtful innovation rather than a rigid playbook. Client & Market Engagement Serve as a senior executive presence in the market, building relationships with clients and prospects across both regions. Understand competitive dynamics and market challenges to refine positioning and sales strategy. Partner with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strong alignment and cohesive go‑to‑market execution. Cross‑Functional Leadership Influence account management outcomes and portfolio health through partnership and shared planning. Work with global and regional stakeholders to improve processes, commercial tooling, and operational consistency. Champion best practices in sales methodology and support continuous optimisation of the region’s commercial model. What you bring Experience A proven track record of leading SaaS sales teams across enterprise and mid‑market segments (bonus for FinTech experience) Experience managing a significant revenue or portfolio base within a mature, competitive market. Deep understanding of the French corporate landscape; Belgian market knowledge is advantageous. Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth, improving conversion, and achieving strong new‑business results. Experience collaborating with account management or renewals teams in a matrixed environment. Leadership Qualities High energy and resilience, with the ability to motivate teams through change and transformation. Creative, adaptable, and comfortable leading without a prescriptive playbook. Balanced, composed, and able to build a positive environment. Strong communicator and relationship‑builder who earns trust quickly. A culture‑shaper capable of elevating engagement, alignment, and performance across the wider team in the region. Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Authentic, people‑centric leader with a coaching mindset. Comfortable balancing the needs of a mature market with the drive for innovation and continued growth.
