Reports to: Solutions Consultant Manager Job Scope and Accountabilities Kahua’s construction management platform helps owners, project managers, and contractors control construction project costs, documents, and processes – from inception through turnover – to improve efficiency and reduce risk. We’re seeking an exceptional Solutions Consultant who will make a difference for our clients by becoming the catalyst for transformative change in the construction industry. As a Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate with our team of Client Executives on a mission to reshape the way the construction industry operates. You’ll harness the power of the Kahua product to create compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and prospects, as you expertly navigate the art of storytelling to build a compelling case for change. Key Responsibilities Immerse yourself in Kahua’s solutions, becoming a go-to expert for our sales team Share knowledge of Kahua’s products and services with our team, partners, and clients Rise to the challenge of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses Bring Kahua's story to life through captivating product demos Master kBuilder, the tool that empowers you to build and modify apps Maintain and enhance our dynamic demo environments Keep an eye on expenses, ensuring we maximize value Experience Required Prior experience working in construction is highly desired (either at construction service firms or construction software) or 3+ years successful experience demonstrating software solutions Consultative sales background highly desirable Education/Professional Qualifications A degree from an accredited four-year college or university Interpersonal Skills The ability to communicate well, both in writing and verbally, and in front of audiences large and small A talent for engaging presentations A keen understanding of the unique challenges facing construction companies, from owners and general contractors to designers and subcontractors At Kahua, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
