Regional Integration Manager

As the need for data exchange between applications becomes increasingly critical for Chanel’s development, this role addresses the structuring and maintainability of Chanel’s IT architecture. The Regional Integration Lead is pivotal in rationalizing integration, driving simplification, and supporting the decommissioning agenda to ensure scalability and responsiveness across the region. This dedicated regional role reinforces CHANEL TECH_integration capabilities, focusing on developing and operationalizing integration strategies in close collaboration with Regional Domains Heads and the Corporate team. You will act as the single point of contact for integration within the region, bridging the domains and the corporate team. The role requires establishing and implementing regional governance and participating in both regional and corporate integration boards and architecture committees. Key stakeholders include regional domain members and architects, infrastructure and security teams, other regional integration leads, the corporate integration team, and external technology partners. Regional, with engagement in cross-regional and corporate meetings. Travel may be required for project delivery, knowledge acquisition, and stakeholder management. This is a high-visibility, strategic role at the heart of Chanel’s IT transformation. You’ll help shape the future of integration, working with a collaborative and diverse set of stakeholders. What impact you can create at Chanel You will define and implement the regional integration strategy, driving the simplification of architecture and the overall IT landscape. Lead the transition from legacy to target integration solutions, ensuring a consistent approach across all regions, divisions, and corporate functions. Steer regional integration governance, adapt and evolve principles to fit regional objectives, and support the evolution of integration standards and architectural referentials. Provide expertise and act as the entry point for integration topics on both regional and global projects, supporting critical programs and migrations. Enhance the technical knowledge of regional teams, helping elevate integration maturity and capabilities, and ensuring alignment with integration partners. This role is unique in its combination of strategic influence, operational delivery, and the opportunity to shape integration practices on a regional and global scale. What you will bring Deep expertise in integration architecture and concepts (events, streams, publish/subscribe, APIs, routing, transformation, etc.). Experience with distributed architectures and cloud platforms (ideally Azure), and integration solutions (ideally Azure and Confluent). Mastery of CI/CD, GIT/Github, and modern delivery methodologies. 10–15 years’ experience in integration or related IT domains. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
