Threat Intelligence Analyst – Security and Risk Management team (W/M/NB) Join Ubisoft as a Threat Intelligence Analyst within the Security & Risk Management Team (SRM), a global department across Europe, Asia and the Americas. In this role, you will collect and analyze information about cyber threats, produce actionable intelligence, and disseminate it to Security Operations and key stakeholders. Mission: Cyber Threat Intelligence Activities Monitor intelligence sources and identify current and potential cyber threats to the gaming industry, including APTs and cybercrime groups. Research emerging techniques used by advanced persistent threat actors and criminal enterprises. Collaborate with first‑line security teams to provide intelligence on threats and vulnerabilities. Produce written tactical, operational and strategic intelligence products. Participate in security incident management for CTI analysis, enriching threat actor profiles, infrastructures and TTPs. Engage in inter‑team discussions and workshops with security teams on anticipation, detection, protection and deception. Contribute to team meetings, innovation sessions, roadmap planning, source selection, PoC and other activities as required. Responsibilities Utilize threat intelligence to protect Ubisoft and its customers from threat actors. Act as a subject‑matter expert for the SRM department with internal and external teams. Design the scope of solutions based on security best practices and industry standards. Contribute to improvements in Ubisoft security guidelines, standards and procedures. Communicate effectively, guide and support security improvements. Qualifications Experience in information security, specifically Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics and/or Incident Response. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations for security teams. Strong understanding of the intelligence cycle and collection requirements. Experience with the Diamond Threat Model, MITRE ATT&CK framework or Cyber Kill Chain. Experience collecting and analysing raw information to produce intelligence reports. Understanding of common attack techniques such as reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, pivoting and persistence. Experience tracking APTs and criminal actor groups. French & English required, both orally and written. Desired Certifications GCTI (SANS FOR578) GOSI (SANS SEC487) GCFA (SANS FOR508) Other relevant certifications. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong writing skills. Ability to work independently. Expert understanding of cybersecurity principles. Ability to think abstractly. Significant attention to detail. Natural curiosity and a mindset to ask questions and investigate. We embrace a hybrid work model, but some roles are fully office‑based and are not eligible for hybrid working. Recruitment Process 30‑minute phone call with a recruiter. 60‑minute interview with the manager and recruiter. Preparation of a case study (approx. 3‑5 hours of work) delivered within a week; presentation of the business case in a one‑hour virtual meeting with the manager and the Director of Security Operations.
