Vous participerez aux travaux d'organisation et de conduite de la logistique pour des projets industriels. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement international et de renforcer votre expérience dans le domaine du commerce international et du transport.## Mission A: Support opérationnel aux coordinateurs logistiques* Préparation des Expéditions : Accompagnement et relance des fournisseurs d’équipement pour la préparation des listes de colisage et des certificats d'origine si nécessaire.* Gestion des exportations (E&C) : Préparation de la liasse documentaire d’exportation ou d’expédition, en conformité avec les règles du commerce international et les spécificités contractuelles du projet (spécifications client et/ou lettre de crédit).* Reporting et communication : Tenir à jour les outils de reporting et de traçabilité ; assurer un reporting régulier auprès du chef de projet.* Organisation des transports : Préparation et planification des opérations dans le respect des délais du projet, du Code de conduite d'Air Liquide et des règles de sécurité.* Coordination des opérations : Suivi avec les différents intervenants (emballeurs, commissionnaires de transport, fournisseurs d’équipements, sites, clients et équipes projet).* Optimisation des processus : Participer à l'élaboration de spécifications pour créer ou améliorer les outils existants afin d'optimiser la collecte de données pour les reportings liés aux réglementations douanières, fiscales et de contrôle des exportations.* Communication interne : Créer des présentations (Google Slides) pour communiquer sur les exigences réglementaires et leur application auprès des autres départements de l'ingénierie, des entités du Groupe et des clients.## Mission B: Amélioration des "Procurement Requisitions" et "Goods Receipts" logistiques dans SAP* Révision des processus existants.* Amélioration de la définition des tâches et de la répartition des rôles ("qui fait quoi").* Formation interne et support aux coordinateurs logistiques.* Air Liquide est labellisé Happy Trainees* Date de début souhaitée : Avril 2026* Durée du stage: 6 moisVous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, particulièrement la suite Google (Slides, Sheets) et le Pack Office. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'un grand sens de l'organisation et vous savez travailler de manière proactive et autonome. Vous êtes motivé(e), curieux(se) et vous avez une réelle envie d'apprendre au quotidien.Vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'écoute. Vous préparez une formation en Transport & Logistique ou en Commerce International.
