You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market‑leading company Mission: This internship will focus on launching a pilot programme for ATR's first‑ever Social Media Academy The goal is to empower employees, starting with the Marketing team, to share expert content on their personal social media accounts in alignment with ATR's corporate social media policy and editorial strategy, and to elaborate such content in order to improve the reach of our marketing messages. The intern will be integrated into the Content team, within the Communications department, and will work closely with both the Communications and Marketing teams to design a scalable framework that encourages employee advocacy while maintaining brand consistency and strategic messaging. Responsibilities Conduct a benchmark analysis of internal social media advocacy programmes in other companies, especially within the aviation or B2B sectors. Design a pilot programme using the Marketing team as a test group, including guidelines, training materials, and content templates, ensuring alignment with ATR's editorial plan and social media policy. Develop a content coordination process that allows employees to contribute expert insights while respecting brand tone and messaging. Create a publication calendar that integrates employee‑generated content with corporate communications. Support the elaboration of social media publications in line with both ATR's marketing objectives and the company overall editorial plan and social media policy and strategy. Establish a sustainable process to scale the Social Media Academy across other departments. Measure and report on the pilot's effectiveness and propose improvements. Qualifications Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Strategy or equivalent. Fluent in English. Proficient use of all social media platforms and following the latest trends. Strong interest in content creation, employee advocacy, social media strategy and B2B marketing. Strong analytical, writing and collaboration skills. Understanding of the aviation industry and ability to translate technical or commercial insights into impactful content (plus).
