We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to come onboard in our Customers Support and Services Directorate in Soreo’s team : a team of 4 collaborators

**Your Mission**

You will play a key role within the Operations Control Center, acting as the coordinator for managing and steering the material supply chain crises. Your ability to take decisions under pressure, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence internal and external stakeholders will directly impact our delivery performance and customer satisfaction. You will also work on transversal projects and contribute to the strategic improvement of our operational model.

**1) Supply Chain crisis management**:

- Identify and monitor critical part numbers (PN) with major supply issues.
- Lead governance: animate Steering Committees (upgrade/downgrade decision making);
- Coordinate and follow-up crisis response actions (such as alternative solution, lines to take, and so on ).
- Collect analyze and consolidate information from internal teams (who are in contact with the customers | suppliers).
- Make arbitration decisions on part allocation and communicate outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate the daily material crisis related operations within the team.
- Ensure communication across teams and to ATR management.

**2) Project Management & Transversal Initiative**:

- Act as Project Manager or PMO on transverse initiatives (tools, process, governance, and so on ).
- Animate workshops or committees and lead improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure tracking, follow-up and implementation of actions plans across departments.

**3) Continuous Improvement**:

- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and implement best practices.
- Lead initiatives (quick-win or projects) aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs while maintaining quality standards.

**About you**
- studies in engineering or supply chain management domain
- Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years in support and customer service, project management, or related fields.
- Strong exposure to supply chain or maintenance environments is a plus.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional crisis or complex situation
- Project management expertise: Ability to oversee projects from conception through completion. Familiarity with project management software and tools and experience as a PMO on strategic projects are highly valued.
- IT skills : Strong capabilities in SAP are preferred, alongside advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for effective project documentation, analysis, and presentations. Experience and knowledge of VBA and PowerBI are a plus.
- Soft skills
- Crisis management: able to remain composed under pressured and coordinate high-visibility issues with strong autonomy.
- Project leadership: Structure and rigorous, you know how to bring a transversal initiative to completion and secure alignment across departments.
- Communication: Great communication abilities in English and French, with the skill to simplify complex issues for a variety of audiences. Ability to persuade and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Problem solving: Ability to swiftly identify problems, understand their root causes, and implement effective solutions. Skilled in making critical decisions under pressure.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and a passion for implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Adaptability and Autonomy: High adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the autonomy and initiative to lead critical projects independently. Able to make tough decisions even with limited data.
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
