By doing so, you will play a key role in designing, building and evolving robust and scalable systems that power our IoT solutions along with the colleagues that crafted it. Furthermore, you will have the chance to get out of the box helping in other infrastructural areas such as devops, databases, security and more.Key ResponsibilitiesArchetype, develop, evolve and maintain backend systems such as servers and micro services.Collaborate with other team members of the same stack and others helping deliver your and their work.Ensure the quality (performance, security, reliability…) of your deliverables.Keep with it up with our code first data modeling and database schema approach.Develop in consideration and hand to hand with the devops easing the deployment.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and practices.What We OfferOpportunity to work on competitive IoT projects with global customers and impact.Collaborative, familiar and transparent work environment.Professional development opportunities allowing you to grow out of the box and help diversify your technology stack.Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.Technical SkillsProven experience (5+ years) in backend development, with expertise in C# and Dotnet (including .Net Framework, .Net Core and after rebranding .Net).Strong understanding and experience with API, servers and microservices.Experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).Experience in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP), standards and operability is a strong and valuable advantage.Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience working as a Dotnet backend developerExperience working in the IoT domain or with IoT‑related projects is highly desirable.At IoThink Solutions, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
