Your Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for a skilled developer with a strong record of delivering impactful solutions and a motivation to contribute to significant business outcomes. You will work in direct partnership with a product manager to architect, develop, and release high-performance features for our Salesforce platform. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the entire development lifecycle, from technical design to ensuring the quality and stability of our production environment. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well‑designed, scalable technical solutions. Design, build, test, and deploy high‑quality features and applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies. Uphold and advocate for development best practices, including code quality, test coverage, performance, and security. Act as a technical guide and mentor to other developers, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Take ownership of the quality of your deliverables through robust unit testing and by working closely with quality assurance partners. Monitor the health and performance of the production environment, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability and a positive user experience. You will bring: Master degree in Computer Science or other relevant field. 10 years experience in full‑stack software development. Extensive hands‑on experience in a Salesforce development role, with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects. Deep proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and the Lightning Component Framework (especially LWC). A thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data structures, and security best practices. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with modern development practices, including Salesforce DX, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with non‑technical stakeholders. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly regarded.
