This role is ideal for a skilled developer with a strong record of delivering impactful solutions and a motivation to contribute to significant business outcomes. You will work in direct partnership with a product manager to architect, develop, and release high‑performance features for our Salesforce platform.In this position, you will play a crucial role in the entire development lifecycle, from technical design to ensuring the quality and stability of our production environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to apply their technical expertise to solve complex problems and see their work make a direct impact.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well‑designed, scalable technical solutionsDesign, build, test, and deploy high‑quality features and applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologiesUphold and advocate for development best practices, including code quality, test coverage, performance, and securityAct as a technical guide and mentor to other developers, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvementTake ownership of the quality of deliverables through robust unit testing and by working closely with quality assurance partnersMonitor the health and performance of the production environment, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability and a positive user experienceQualificationsMaster's degree in Computer Science or related field10 years of full‑stack software development experienceExtensive hands‑on experience in a Salesforce development role with a portfolio of successfully delivered projectsDeep proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components (especially LWC)Thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data structures, and security best practicesExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIsFamiliarity with Salesforce DX, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelinesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a team and with non‑technical stakeholdersSalesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification highly regardedCompany cultureWe foster an inclusive, supportive work environment where talented people can innovate and grow.
