Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will work with OEMs and large retail clients to prepare, deliver and follow up on complex digital projects, often spanning several years. You will run the project day to day, ensuring quality deliverables within time, cost and business case constraints. You will manage communication, resources, scheduling and controls throughout the full deployment lifecycle and provide ongoing support for new requests and benefit extraction. Responsibilities Liaise with the client, sales, pre‑sales engineers and internal stakeholders to establish and document the implementation scope and manage project success criteria.Ensure a smooth client onboarding process on the solution.Continuously evaluate projects to meet client standards in terms of scope, budgets, and deadlines.Manage day‑to‑day project activities, oversee solution implementation and ensure team members carry out their tasks efficiently and on time.Ensure proper product adoption by the customer.Establish best practices for client engagement, onboarding planning and internal progress monitoring, templates, policies and tools.Track client usage and benefits over time, generate alerts and proactively maximize client benefits.Follow up all customer further development requests. Requirements Understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques.Working experience in a SaaS or automotive environment.Fluent in French and English.Experience managing cross‑border projects or large enterprise accounts.Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.Proven drive for results and accountability of business needs.Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, build consensus and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.Interpersonal skills to influence, spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross‑functional environment.Decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.Excellent leadership and communication skills with technical and non‑technical staff at all levels.PMP certification is a plus. Work Pattern and Location 40 hours a week, permanent contract.Monday to Friday.Hybrid.
