Responsibilities Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects. Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. Assist in defining project scope, estimating efforts, and timelines. Analyze business processes, perform root cause analysis and technical performance optimization. Upgrade and migrate SAP systems. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of SAP project implementation experience in at least one of the following areas: S/4 HANA HCM or SuccessFactors; SAP S/4HANA installations/migrations; SAP HANA platform; SAP BTP. Experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager is a plus. University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent. Strong technical problem‑solving skills and ability to tackle complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic. Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
