**Role**:
Within the Globalization Services team responsible for the localization of the SAP HCM solution in France, you will be responsible for assisting the teams responsible for monitoring legal changes in the area of payroll and human resources as well as the declaration. You will be responsible for the interpretation and functional analysis of legal changes and their impact on the Payroll and Human Resources information system marketed by SAP.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Identify legal changes that require an adaptation of the administrative file, regulations, payroll engine, post-payroll declaration, etc.
- Interact with the teams in charge of the localization to assist them in the drafting of needs and assist them during requests for clarification, during the drafting of specifications or during the realization of developments.
- Interact with localization teams to assist them in writing test catalogs (scenarios and expected results).
- Interact with documentation teams.
- Assist support teams in resolving incidents that refer to legal issues.

**Desired Skills**:

- Very good knowledge of the French regulations in payroll (contribution, compensation management, IJSS, management of special contracts, therapeutic part-time work, etc.).
- Very good knowledge of DSN declarative, Social balance, equality indicators, etc.
- Experience in setting up payroll regulations.
- Working as a team in an international, remote environment.
- Public sector knowledge would be a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM software as a payroll administrator would be a plus.
- Mandatory French Native Language Level
