Use consultative selling, partner knowledge, and HubSpot’s AI‑enhanced tools to manage the full partner acquisition lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesBuild a quality pipeline of upmarket partner acquisition opportunities using HubSpot CRM and AI prospecting tools.Assess partner business goals, identify pain points, and craft solutions demonstrating the value of the Partner Program and HubSpot’s marketing methodology.Present how HubSpot’s AI‑driven sales and marketing software can improve partner fundamentals and profitability.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—Head of Acquisition & Growth, regional sales leads, and partner leaders—to support the acquisition process.Advocate company values, unique culture, and vision in all partner interactions.QualificationsExperience managing upmarket partners and understanding what drives success in a high‑tier partner ecosystem.Strong consultative selling skills and closing experience with partners.Positive, self‑driven attitude with the ability to take responsibility for successes and failures.Goal‑oriented mindset with a belief that daily activities drive results.Commitment to partnership excellence and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred ExperienceChannel Account Management or Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist roles.Account Executive experience focused on partner sales.Business Development Representative (2+ years) experience.Sales recruiter or talent acquisition roles within a partner‑sales context.About HubSpotHubSpot is an AI‑powered customer platform that connects marketing, sales, and service to help businesses grow faster.
