You’ll become an expert on our innovative solutions and use your creativity to spark interest, open doors, and connect with future customers. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll bring campaigns to life and turn great ideas into real business wins.Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:Generate and nurture new business opportunities for Axis and our partners - you’re the one who gets conversations startedWork your magic with prospects, handle inbound leads, make cold calls, and connect with unassigned partners and end customers to uncover new opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing to design and run campaigns that capture attention and drive quality leads.Promote events and training, encouraging attendance for Axis Academy sessions, webinars, and marketing initiatives - and soon, you’ll even be hosting webinars yourselfEngage with potential partners and end customers, build trust, and create lasting relationships that drive success.Use Salesforce and Sales Navigator like a pro, stay organized, track every interaction, and keep full control of your pipeline to drive results.Keep your data sharp, tracking your progress and ensuring accurate forecasts and reports.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We’re looking for a true hunter who is driven, curious, and a self-starting go-getter You’re someone who loves a challenge, thrives on learning new things, and enjoys turning opportunities into real results. Most importantly, you’re ready to grow with a dynamic, international team that loves what they do.We would love to hear from you if you are/have:Degree in Business Administration/ or equivalent2 + years of experience in a similar positionExperience and knowledge in IT (the security industry is a big advantage)Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperince working with CRM (Salesforce is preferred)Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHunter and sales-driven personalityFriendly and open characterFluent in French and Italian, written and spokenGood level of EnglishWHAT CAN AXIS DO FOR YOU?At Axis you will be working within an international organization surrounded by enthusiastic people in an openminded and innovative culture.
