We're building the insurance infrastructure that 700K+ people depend on across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. We aim to refund members fast and correctly while being cost‑effective for 1M+ members and €350M+ healthcare expenses each year. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with The team is “Claims Management”, responsible for refunding €350M+ of healthcare expenses to 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Our mission is to refund members fast and correctly while staying cost‑effective for Alan. We handle all critical parts of health claims – a technical, deep, and exciting product domain. Product Crews Document processing: 2M documents received each year. We automatically parse a good portion with LLMs but want to go further. Claims experience: Building the most memorable and straightforward experience for members across four countries on mobile and desktop. Payments: Building payment infrastructure & source ingestion to refund members quickly. Fraud fighting: €4M saved in 2024 with internal ML scoring, anomaly detection, and manual investigations. Is it you we’re looking for? We seek engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building complex systems that must work perfectly 24/7 while scaling rapidly. We value Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences at scale. Good experience building and shipping web applications. Interest in the business side – understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers. Clear career progression – increasing responsibility over time. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in OOP (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, C#).
