Our innovation team based in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Limoges, Krakow and Berlin is composed of 150+ straightforward and energetic engineers working in an Agile environment and ready to tackle the most complex technical challenges.

**Your missions \uD83D\uDC47**:

- You work closely with the Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, QA and the rest of the team to translate product requirements into technical solutions, deliver them and ensure they go live.
- You have the possibility to challenge technical implementations at all levels: architecture, technologies, ergonomics, tests, deployment,...
- You design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ergonomic and high-performance interfaces in a state-of-the-art web environment (.Net, REST apis, SPA Angular, NgRx,...) to simplify users' lives.
- You guarantee the user experience through the implementation of automated tests
- You share your expertise with other developers in your team and the company

**About you \uD83D\uDCAA**:

- You are looking for a 3-year apprenticeship to learn all aspects of the R&D engineer Fullstack position, possibly conducting a project independently by the end.
- You are sensitive to web development: you know the latest HTML standards: HTML5, WebComponents, CSS3
- You have already used JS frameworks such as Angular or React.
- You are familiar with state management patterns (redux, ngrx,...)
- You have a solid foundation in object-oriented programming (Java, C#)
- You are familiar with database concepts
- You are definitely user-oriented and have a taste for simplicity
- You have a taste for maintainable and reusable code, and the continuous deployment does not scare you
- You are not afraid to undertake or propose improvements where appropriate
- You are interested in new technologies (Redis, Aerospike, ElasticSearch, GraphQL, Docker,...) and large-scale technical issues
- You communicate easily in English both orally and in writing

**Your future progress \uD83D\uDE80**:

- After 1 month:

- You will have finished your onboarding
- You have probably already managed a dozen small tasks.
- You will be ready to attack bigger features.
- After 6 months:

- You will be able to work on any part of your team’s scope
- After 1 year:

- You will be able to deploy and monitor your team’s solutions
- You are autonomous on most tasks, even if your team is with you to keep you progressing.
- After 2 years:

- You are able to influence the technical decisions made by the team
- You are able to lead a project independently from the definition of functional specifications with a Product Owner to the release of this project in production, going through the technical specification phases with the team
