Employment Law: Advise and support the Human Resources team on employment contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution. Dispute Management: Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and other dispute matters. Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure Genetec and its subsidiaries meet legal and regulatory requirements in Canada and internationally.
