Requirements

Years of experience:

• 1 year working experience in the semiconductor industry, or a related industry
• 2 years experience repairing and troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical systems.

Experience With IC Process Tools Preferred.

• Experience operating IC process and metrology tools. Familiar with IC industry practices and methodologies.

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing a plus
• Experience in CVD

Skills / Abilities

• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language
• Ability to effective communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Team Player
• Detailed oriented, well organized, results oriented, and self motivated
• Proficient with PC? and PC applications software
• Knowledgeable in electronics and mechanical systems. Familiar with IC methodologies and equipment and clean room practices.

• Capable of working both in groups, and independently.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibility :

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the production and ensure that process integrity is in place.
• Monitor and improve the qualification process using SPC and other statistical tools. Expert on metrology handling
• ILP recovery and OCAP for process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects, provide support on process qualification, and fine-tune processes
• Attend the required training sessions on the job. Typical training includes process training, application software training, inline defect monitoring systems, and SPC training. Train new hires.
• Participate in process-related troubleshooting and minimise the time lots are on hold to achieve the move target and improve productivity.
• Provide good communication between shifts and follow up on prior shift activities. Work with manufacturing to meet the production goal. Work on cross-functional teams (CFT) to solve equipment and process issues.
