Associate Director at Stephen Bell Associates Ltd Our client is a successful boutique asset manager with an entrepreneurial culture. They are hiring a French speaking Client Services Manager based in their Paris office. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and wholesale clients in France and several other European markets Support the completion of RFPs, RFIs, manager and operational DDQs and ad-hoc requests from prospective and existing clients Attend client review meetings and send follow-up reports, deliver client onboarding, including financial analysis and coordination with transfer agents Handle clients enquiries regarding fund features, portfolio management and market data Manage client queries and process their portfolio requests to agreed service levels Undertake monthly reporting for existing clients Work with sales, fund operations and finance to resolve client services issues Produce distribution agreements, platforms registrations and KYC in collaboration with compliance Undertake CRM monitoring and reporting Manage client contracts and agreements Undertake client financial analysis, including setting performance and profitability targets Coordinate communication between outsourced service providers and internal business units Ensure robust, efficient operational models are in place to mitigate risk while providing a positive client experience Prepare team meeting minutes, project timeline reports and presentations Provide quantitative and qualitative competitor and peers analysis for the sales team and develop strong product knowledge to enable both reactive and proactive product level discussions with clients and prospects The successful candidate will be a self-starter, speak fluent French and English, possess proven experience gained in institutional or wholesale asset management client services, a good understanding of the European asset management industry, an interest in financial markets, strong communication and relationship building skills and the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
