He/she will contribute to ensure that the company is structured and efficient enough to support the business and company’s growth.Main responsabilities :Organisation and Performance :Contribute to support company’s strategy and performance management (Objective Key Results, Balanced Scorecard)Support the definition and follow up of the company's various roadmaps in coordination with the roadmap owners (workshops organization and facilitation, implementation of follow up tools, communication...)Organize data collection of performance indicators and update the Company balanced scorecardFollow action plans to improve Company's performanceProject Management :Support transverse transformation projects in collaboration with other departments :Collect needsAssist project committees organizationInteract with internal and external stakeholders for coordinationSupport change management activitiesCollect feedback and suggest improvementsIdentify project risks and escalate issuesExamples of current projects are the following :Opportunity analysis for the implementation of Artificial IntelligenceISO27001 certification and othersUpdate the KM strategy and contribute to define guidelinesOrganize regular coordination and steering meetings with TeamSpace owners/ambassadorsCoordinate content collection and updatesProvide functional support to collaboratorsConduct onboarding and ad-hoc training sessionsAbout youRequired degree : Master’s level (Bac +4/5) from a business schoolProject and risk managementExcellent written and verbal communication in English and FrenchProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to lead small training sessions / meetingsFamiliarity with Notion (optional)Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG topics (optional)You are self motivated, rigorous and organizedStrong analytical and synthesis skillsCuriosity and openness to explore diverse topicsWhat we offerBeautiful brand new offices in Massy and ParisType of contract : 1 yearApprenticeshipA dynamic and close-knit international teamA key role in a growing start-upFree time to train and go to conferences/meetupsRecruitment processAn interview with our talent acquisition of 30'.An exchange with our Performance & Organisation Manager of 45' with a technical test.An offer PASQAL is an equal opportunity employer.
