Head of Transformation Project Office

Under the direction of the P&C Chief Business Transformation Officer, and as part of the broader transformation and simplification program, you will be responsible to drive the change within the P&C business by ensuring strong linkage, support, and communication with internal stakeholders throughout the design and execution phases of the transformation process.
You will coordinate the design of the P&C transformation and simplification plan and ensure strong collaboration with the Group Transformation initiatives. You will be supported by the Business Transformation & Operations team, including projects, portfolio, processes, and cost analytics experts and will directly interact with P&C Transformation architects and project managers throughout the P&C division.

Transformation design & portfolio:
- Align with Group teams: Transformation, GCCB,
- Coordinate with P&C internal stakeholders to build a list of actionable initiatives with clear business sponsors and targets
- Establish a data-driven approach to set a quantified baseline for each initiative. Ensure overall initiatives portfolio meets expected targets - business case, efficiency gains, simplification,- and impact on the baseline is trackable over the period.
- Partner with identified stakeholders to assess the workloads and impacts for different functions/departments; identify dependencies and possible challenges/issues across teams
- Create structured schedules and project plans based on the initiative goals and resources needed.
- Differentiate and identify separately the transformation portfolio from the BAU portfolio of projects, providing visibility on the expected evolution of each portfolio
- Ensure project manager identify clear, timely and actionable deliverables/savings/activities to be completed, in alignment with targets
- Set completion targets and identify the key business success criteria targets and thresholds

Transformation Governance:
- Track initiatives progress: measure & report on initiatives KPI’s, deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the execution phase and hold owners accountable for their commitments
- Enforce project management practices including meetings to provide status updates and identify risks and issues
- Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
- Ensure a thorough governance of each project through an appropriate community steering and knowledge and methodology sharing
- Provide P&C management and Group transformation PMO with the means to steer the transformation journey through regular verbal and written communications regarding project status, KPIs, risks, and issues to bring clarity
- Single source of truth for business case reporting and impact of cost & expenses
- Systematic review of impacts on P&C organization and TOM

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in international groups in project management with a proven track record of managing complex & global transformation projects
- Analytical skills and strong experience in cost analytics, budget management and building effective business cases
- Sound experience of program management and Agile methods, standards, of coaching and leading project managers and diverse teams and profiles
