Le poste est à pourvoir en Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Pour le compte d'un acteur historique industriel français majeur, leader européen dans la conception et la fabrication de composants techniques pour le second œuvre du bâtiment, nous recherchons son/sa futur(e) Responsable Amélioration Continue/ Multi-Sites. Présent dans 50 pays, notre client s'appuie sur plus d'un siècle d'excellence, d'innovation et de qualité, fruit d'une recherche permanente, tout en s'inscrivant dans une démarche de responsabilité sociale d'entreprise. Intégré(e) à la Direction Industrielle, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le déploiement de la culture Lean et du progrès continu sur l’ensemble des sites du groupe. Vous serez le moteur de l’excellence opérationnelle et de l’amélioration permanente. Responsabilités Mettre en œuvre et piloter des projets d’amélioration touchant la productivité, la qualité, la sécurité, l’ergonomie et les flux en multi-sites. Déployer et faire vivre les outils Lean (5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, GEMBA, PDCA…) au quotidien. Accompagner les équipes dans leur montée en compétences via des formations, coaching et suivi sur le terrain. Structurer et suivre le programme d’excellence opérationnelle sur tous les services de l’entreprise. Travailler en synergie avec leur site en Allemagne pour diffuser les meilleures pratiques à l’échelle européenne. Qualifications Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou d’une formation technique supérieure équivalente. 7+ années d'expérience en amélioration continue dans un environnement industriel. Leadership naturel et aptitude à mobiliser et fédérer les équipes. Sens du terrain, rigueur, esprit analytique et qualités pédagogiques. Français niveau natif ou C2. Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable (Niveau B2/C1) ; la connaissance de l’allemand est un plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
