Your role will be twofold: managing day-to-day support and IT equipment (the ongoing tasks) while also leading key projects to evolve our IT environment. You will be the main point of contact for all technical and hardware-related questions from our teams, and you will work on the continuous improvement of our processes and tools. To specify - ** IT Asset Management & Onboarding/Offboarding**: - Prepare and configure hardware (mainly Macs) for new hires. - Manage inventory, orders, and the lifecycle of equipment (laptops, monitors, accessories). - Provide hardware and software support for all employees. - Manage departures by ensuring the secure return and wiping of equipment. - **Technical & Application Support**: - Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (both hardware and software) reported by users. - Act as the go-to person for questions about IT security and best practices. - **Access & Identity Management**: - Administer our identity and access management (IAM) solution, **Okta**. - Manage our device management (MDM) solution, specifically **Jamf (JMF)**. - **IT Project Management**: - Identify opportunities to upgrade and improve our infrastructure and tools. - Lead improvement projects: deploying new software, enhancing security, implementing new processes. - Write technical documentation and user guides to facilitate the adoption of tools. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to propose innovative solutions that fit our challenges. **Your profile for this job**: - You have around **5-6 years of experience** in a similar role, combining IT support with IT project management. - You have excellent knowledge of the **Mac ecosystem**. - You have strong experience with **MDM (Mobile Device Management)** tools like **Jamf (JMF)** and **IAM (Identity and Access Management)** solutions like **Okta**. - You know how to manage projects from start to finish, from identifying a need to deploying the solution. - You are known for your service-oriented mindset, patience, and ability to explain things clearly. - You are proactive, organized, and skilled at prioritizing tasks effectively. - Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. **Your mind set to share our adventure**: - You want to make an impact and move things forward collectively.
