Strategic Project Management, Corporate StrategyJoin to apply for the Strategic Project Management, Corporate Strategy role at Agoda.OverviewThe Corporate Strategy team works directly with Agoda's management to provide business-critical insights, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals, and drive strategic initiatives forward. You will lead and contribute to a select number of projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization.What you will doPlan, coordinate, and drive the execution of key initiatives, including setting clear project objectives, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.Project management and execution: oversee strategic projects, maintain roadmaps and timelines, coordinate across multiple departments, monitor progress, and address risks to align with business objectives.Develop tools and processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.Act as a central point of contact between different departments and commercial functions, including other Booking Holdings brands; facilitate communication and cross-team alignment.Track and analyze performance against key metrics; provide regular updates and actionable insights to collaborators and leadership; compile reports for senior leadership.What you will need to succeedBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.4–8 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a tech company (project/program management).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate strategic initiatives and drive business growth; ability to influence stakeholders.Willingness to learn quickly and understand new business dynamics; excitement to join a dynamic and innovative team within Agoda.Nice to haveKnowledge of SQL or Tableau, or willingness to learn.LocationThis role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
