INDEFI is a fast-growing strategy consulting firm that serves financial investors (private equity specialists, generalist asset managers, wealth managers, etc.). Established in 2007, we are a team of 80+ consultants headquartered in Paris, Lyon and Madrid.

We are operating through three business units:

- Private Equity: We help private equity firms make better investment decisions at every stage of the deal life cycle and build greater returns. We also advise on investment firm strategy and development, creating value through improved performance.
- Corporate strategy: conducting strategic development projects for global asset managers including business strategy, market entry, distribution strategy, new product development, non-organic growth and investment process enhancement
- Sustainability: We help our clients define and deliver their Responsible Investment strategy and operating model. We work across the value chain to support investors and portfolio companies to define and embed their chosen approach to ESG and sustainability impact.

As part of our development, we are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our Paris team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**a) Delivering projects**
- Lead strategic engagements for top-tier asset managers globally by formulating the initial hypotheses, developing recommendations, and presenting our findings leadership teams
- Ensure outputs meet the highest standards and consistently exceed client expectations
- Coach and mentor junior team members, both formally (project feedback, semi-annual reviews) and informally (project brainstorming sessions, team-wide trainings, 1-1 mentoring) to develop Indefi’s future leaders

**b) Supporting business growth and brand building**

All members of the leadership team are expected to play an instrumental role in growing and expanding the business. As an Engagement Manager, the primary focus will be on:

- Supporting Paris-based Partners in their business development efforts, both in Europe and globally
- Engaging in primary market research projects in the domestic market to strengthen the legacy business
- Contributing to the Firm’s thought leadership and brand-building initiatives.

Profile
- ** **5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting firms, strategy division or M&A department of international groups, investments banks, or asset management companies
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school or university
