La société combine l'agilité et la culture produit d'une startup avec la solidité d'un grand groupe.Son ambition ?Accélérer la digitalisation de centaines de milliers de TPE/PME à l'échelle nationale.Les équipes évoluent dans un environnement moderne, basé en plein Paris.DescriptionEn tant que Staff Software Engineer, vos responsabilités incluront :Proposer et architecturer des solutions scalables, maintenables et performantes.Définir et valider les choix technologiques long terme (backend, infra, observabilité).Développer, tester, monitorer et reviewer du code en production de façon autonome.Mettre en place et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques (tests, sécurité, observabilité, CI/CD).Mentorer les ingénieurs, rédiger RFCs / guides et diffuser les patterns dans l'organisation.Travailler étroitement avec Product pour aligner technique et besoins métier.Coordonner avec les autres équipes pour assurer la cohérence technique entre services.Assurer veille technologique et proposer des innovations en lien avec le business.Profil recherchéLe profil idéal :8 années d'expérience minimum (hors alternance) en dev JavaScript / TypeScript.Confort avec cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) et architectures serverless / conteneurisées.Expérience prouvée en conception d'architectures scalables et en revue de code approfondie.Capacité à influencer sans hiérarchie : leadership technique, pédagogie et communication.Savoir accélérer une équipe sans devenir goulot d'étranglement.Expérience startup / fintech fortement appréciée.Français courant + bon anglais technique.Bonnes pratiques : observabilité, sécurité, tests automatisés, infra as code.Conditions et AvantagesHybride : 3 jours télétravail par semaine.RTT annuels (~10 j/an).Titres-restaurant pris en charge à 60% par l'employeur.Mutuelle prise en charge à 70%.Bureaux en plein Paris. #J-18808-Ljbffr
