Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, UX, and backend teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions. Drive quality assurance through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices. Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues in production and development environments. Champion security and compliance in all aspects of web development. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in web application development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend integration, and distributed systems. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with .NET C# backend development. Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications. Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of AI‑assisted coding tools and modern code review techniques. Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
