In 2024, our pricing improvements boosted sales efficiency by 50% and helped make insurance more accessible. 🚀 What you'll build and who you’ll work with Acquisition Engine: Sales teams and prospects can customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real‑time. Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. Next‑Gen Pricing: Advanced customization that lets us tailor guarantees while maintaining fair risk distribution. You’ll work closely with insurance experts, business analysts, and sales teams—a bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences. ⚡ Why this role is special Direct Impact: Your decisions affect pricing, profitability and access to healthcare. Complex Problems: Multi‑country regulations, real‑time pricing and scale challenges. Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives. 🛠️ The Stack Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo.
