About the jobAs a Sales Support Specialist you will be in direct contact with customers and prospects in France and all around Europe helping them get the most out of Yousigns SaaS platform. Your mission is not only to provide outstanding support but also to drive small deal closures, ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.This is a hybrid role between support and sales giving you end-to-end visibility over the customer lifecycle in a high-impact SaaS environment. Youll :Work closely with Sales, Customer Solutions and Product teams.Gain experience in both customer relationship development and revenue generation.Build the skills and track record to grow into a full Sales Role.Your TeamYou will be included in the Sales Support team that is part of the Business Development team. The Sales Support team is currently composed of 5 Sales support specialists and 1 Manager.Your MissionsSupportGuide and assist prospects and customers in using Yousigns SaaS application.Ensure timely and high-quality responses in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Resolve low-complexity issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to scale solutions.ClosingEngage with prospects and existing customers to qualify their needs and develop small-scale commercial opportunities.Close deals autonomously contributing directly to monthly revenue targets.Retention & GrowthMonitor and support customer usage to reduce churn and promote adoption.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns.Proactively flag accounts with expansion potential and collaborate with Sales or Success teams for handover.Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.Support and coordinate renewals for small accounts ensuring continuity and satisfaction.Who are youFeel like applying? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousigns next Sales Support Specialist :Previous experience as a Sales Development or Inside sales representative ideally in SaaS.Fluent in French and English (you will be communicating in writing and verbally with customers in both languages); professional level in English (language used internally for our day-to-day; if you speak any other European languages it’s a huge plus (Italian / Spanish / German)).Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM is a plus.Highly collaborative and organized with strong prioritization skills.Available to work from our Paris office at least 4 days a week.However, if you don’t match all of those criteria, no worry You can still apply and let us know how you will be a good fit for the position; our Talent Acquisition team will have a close look at your application.Key SkillsData Entry, Customer Service, Account Executives, Email, Product Knowledge, Account Management, Communication, CRM, Salesforce, Phone Calls, RFP, Sales Goals, Powerpoint, Technical Support, Sales SupportEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
