Field Clinical Specialist (Field Clinical Liaison)Department: ClinicalLocation: EMEA-France (Field based)Application Deadline: 31 January 2026ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical support and education to orthodontists and general dentists, assisting with case assessments, treatment evaluations, ClinCheck support, and troubleshooting.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events related to clinical issues, ensuring all relevant details are documented in the CRM system.Build and maintain peer‑to‑peer relationships with healthcare professionals, guiding them through treatment planning and adoption of new digital workflows.Deliver coaching to healthcare professionals, helping them become educators and share their knowledge with peers.Plan and execute educational roundtable discussions and other interactive events to foster case discussions and peer‑to‑peer learning.Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Sales teams to deliver Align’s educational programs, contributing to business goals.Contribute independently to key projects and collaborate on larger initiatives.Plan and organize visits and group sessions independently, coordinating with the sales team to achieve business objectives.Recommend new approaches to improve learning experiences and enhance digital workflow adoption.Travel regularly to conduct structured certification and education programs for customers and visit their practices for deeper engagement.Manage relationships with speakers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support educational initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience (dentistry). 1‑3 years of relevant experience or transfer from a dental practice with no direct commercial experience.Proficient negotiation, challenger approach, and didactical/presentation and facilitator skills.Ability to train dental staff in using Invisalign technology effectively.Available to travel 70% of the time in the assigned geography.Fluent in French and English.Based in Paris.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionHealth Care ProviderIndustriesMedical Equipment ManufacturingEqual Opportunity StatementAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
