Drive the Expansion of VinFast Across Europe
VinFast, the global electric vehicle manufacturer, is accelerating its growth across Europe. To support our ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a Senior Network Development Manager Europe with responsibility for selected European markets.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director Sales & Network Development Europe, you will play a key role in shaping and executing VinFast’s retail and service network strategy across the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of network expansion strategies across France as a first priority and selected European markets
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard new dealer and importer partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer groups, investors, and strategic partners
- Conduct market, location, and competitive analyses to support network growth decisions
- Ensure network partners meet VinFast standards for sales, service, customer experience, and brand representation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Operations teams across Europe
- Monitor network performance and drive continuous improvement through KPI management and business reviews
- Support the development of future market entry and expansion plans throughout Europe
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Network Development, Dealer Development, Business Development, or Automotive Retail
- Proven track record in establishing and expanding dealer and service networks across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of the automotive market
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Fluency in French and English is a must
- Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
