- Conduct inspections of Arabelle Solutions’ heat exchangers in operation
- Draft and review inspection procedures and reports
- Analyze damage and failure modes affecting heat exchangers in operation
- Design and coordinate repair solutions
- Support site teams in implementing repair solutions
- Resolve technical issues and propose solutions
- Respond to engineering requests from internal and external customers
- Review suppliers’ manufacturing, repair, and/or assembly documentation
- Draft and review technical specifications for purchasing, material procurement, and manufacturing
- Conduct supplier inspections and visits to resolve NCRs
- Inspect heat exchangers during assembly
- Contribute to and review the preparation of assembly documentation
- Participate in design reviews, root cause analyses (RCA), FMEA, and lessons-learned reviews (REX)
- Collaborate with Thermal, MPV, MPE, and Technology disciplines to optimize equipment design
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing, inspection, and/or assembly of heat exchangers or pressure equipment in the energy sector
- Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus
- Recognized certified training in welding (IWS, IWT, IWE, ESSA, IWIP)
- NDT skills and COFREND certification are a plus
- Strong knowledge of welding metallurgy and materials science
- Good knowledge of pressure equipment and/or heat exchangers, as well as major recognized design and construction codes (CODAP, EN 13445, ASME BPVC, etc.)
- Experience using CAD tools such as CATIA, the Autodesk suite, or equivalent is a plus
