Inbound Sales – France We are building a vertically integrated health partner that brings together insurance and smart healthcare delivery. Our mission is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Responsibilities Close inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (independent workers, very small companies, individuals). Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to convert them into customers. Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant, instructive, and delightful prospect experience. Contribute to product, process, and strategy improvement – challenge the team and share insights. Qualifications 1–2 years of sales experience with closing expertise. Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English. Highly organized and exceptional follow‑up skills. Great balance between active listening and assertiveness. Natural empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems. Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Fast learner eager to make an impact from day one.
