US Brands PR & Influence Project Manager Location: Paris Location : Paris CSH – Neuilly sur Seine from January 2026 Reports to: Regional Influence, PR & Events Manager, US Brands EMEA Type of contact : CDI ORGANISATION US Brands PR & Influence Project Manager EMEA Drunk Elephant & Dr. Dennis Gross MISSIONS As PR & Influence Project Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brand Holders/Global (US) and EMEA markets, ensuring seamless execution of PR, Influence, and Event strategies. You will drive (based on BH guidelines) regional adaptation, coordination, and implementation of the brand initiatives across Drunk Elephant & Dr. Dennis Gross. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES PR & e-PR Define and coordinate EMEA and local Print & Digital Web strategies. Define the annual communication plan Share global strategies with local markets, gather local plans, and ensure alignment and execution Oversee daily PR and E-PR activities across markets Identify & facilitate the awards Influence Lead and execute the regional influence strategy (full pyramid from Mega to Micro/nano) Coordinate & approve Paid influence contents: casting/vetting, creative briefs, and content validation Develop and oversee seeding strategies ahead of launches (calendar, forecast, deliveries) Support the acceleration of the Micro/nano cluster Work with media team & market on dedicated content for media boosting Events Build and manage regional brand event calendar (guidelines, briefs, coordination) Lead press and influencer trips: from concept to execution (budgeting, communication tools, logistics, agency coordination). Support local markets in event planning: review and validate guest lists, venues, scenography, gifting, etc. Back-Office Purchase Orders Management Re-invoicing management with BH & Finance Forecast & Deliveries of SWAG & Products Organization of the network base PROFILE 2-4 years experienced in the Beauty at an International Level Good knowledge of skincare & social ecosphere Fluent in English (speaking and writing) Excellent project management skills Capacity to manage multiple projects, interlocutors and work under pressure Rigorous / Autonomous / Source of proposals Willing to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
